Board of Directors Responsibilities
The Roles and Responsibilities of the Board of Directors is to implement the aims and objectives of the Corporation within the framework of the Corporation's Constitution and legislative requirements in a manner that is in the best interest of the Corporation and its members.
Directors will have the responsibility of overseeing the programs undertaken by the Corporation.
